Welcome Message
Dear fellow surgeons,

We are going to meet again in Buzios to exchange experiences on minimally invasive surgery in different specialties.

Very relevant surgical societies of our country are working together to hold a truly memorable congress.

The RJ, MG and ES Chapters of SOBRACIL and the RJ Chapters of CBCD and SBCBM, with the support of SOBED RJ, SBOC RJ and HPB Rio, jointly organize the International Congress of Minimally Invasive and Robotic Surgery, to be held from May 18th to 20th, 2017, at the Atlantico Buzios Hotel Convention Center.

With a program focused on the multidisciplinary approach of patients and also on diagnosis, but mainly on the advances of minimally invasive surgical treatment, we are planning to have an amazing international faculty in joint activities with great names of the Brazilian surgery.

With a full program since the beginning (without pre-congress courses) and approaching the topics in a theoretical / practical way, we are sure this meeting will be better than the previous ones held individually by each one of our societies.

In addition to this promising scientific scenario, I also invite you to enjoy the wonderful and paradisiacal environment of Búzios that will provide us excellent opportunities to have fun together friends and family.

Do not miss this opportunity!

We are waiting for you in Buzios.

My best wishes,

Prof. Delta Madureira Filho

Dear Conference Participants,

It is a great honor for the chapter of SBCBM-RJ, to be part of the consortium that made the realization of the event.

The Association of traditional societies related to minimally invasive surgery, will enable the meeting of national and international experts.

Surgeons, we have prepared a comprehensive programme that covers all the areas of our interest. Besides, we have for the first time in Brazil, the Symposium of the IBC-International Club, organized and led by its founder, Haris Khwaja.

We risk prediction, that it is perhaps the most important event in minimally invasive surgery of 2017.

We welcome you in Búzios.

President of SBCBM-RJ
Antonio Claudio Jamel Coelho
President Elect 2017/2018 of SBCBM-RJ
